A captivating project for Flensburg – premiere at ORION: fresh, light and musical

The intention of attracting more tourists and especially conference participants to come to the Fjord town of Flensburg, has led to an unusual theatre project which can be booked as social program for seminar or travel groups. Participants of sales trainings or persons who have been listening to presentations all day can from now on look forward to evening entertainment with interesting erotic highlights: “Ich möcht’ so gern” (I would love to…) is the title of this musical brought to life by Flensburg Fjord Tourism GmbH and ORION.

In close cooperation with the Flensburg-based erotic company the brilliant singers Sylvia Wieland and Rita Gäbler created a story which takes up the “sinful” topic of human sensual pleasures in a fresh and light manner. The audience may look forward to a two-hour journey through time peppered with musical delicacies. The sisters Anna (Rita Gäbler) and Elvira (Sylvia Wieland) have to clean out the apartment of their late aunt Ilse. Aunt Ilse influences the lives of their nieces from the hereafter and helps them to gain completely new perspectives on life, love, and lust.

To the premiere on Thursday ORION and the Flensburg Fjord Tourism invited prospective parties like company representatives and institutions to the ORION headquarters on Schäferweg, which served both as a setting and a stage of this musical. Many of ORION’s erotic products were used as props. To the audience’s delight Raimund Heusch on the piano was also included into many of the scenes onstage. Director and choreographer: Annett Scholwin.

In a short speech Werner Sinner, ORION marketing and sales director, showed impressed by the wonderful cooperation: ““Art & commerce”, “tourism & theater”, “erotic & event” were truly combined in this special highlight‘. Isabella von Philippovich, Managing Director Flensburg Fjord Tourism, confirmed this in her speech: “Erotic belongs to Flensburg like the Flensburg Fjord, and the history of Flensburg would not be complete without this special chapter. Therefore we truly appreciate the cooperation with such a dedicated partner like ORION.”

After having been introduced to a lot of products, the audience did not leave this premiere empty-handed. As small present the guests received chocolate hearts from Flensburg, red love cuffs and other small accessories.
