Back to the top flight of German football – ORION congratulates FC St. Pauli on its promotion to the Bundesliga

Having been a sponsor of FC St. Pauli for two years, ORION secured its presence in the second tier of German football. Last weekend and right in time for its centenary the football club from the St. Pauli quarter in Hamburg secured its promotion to the top flight of German football, and also ORION flirts with an appearance in Germany’s top league. After the last home match of the season on 9 May 2010 the recent climb to the Bundesliga will be celebrated thoroughly.

Until June the club has planned various anniversary events. For instance, true to the motto “Our world is braunweiss” the club has asked its supporters to show their commitment on 15 Mai 2010. Neighbourhoods, facades, garden fences, cars – all these should be painted in the club’s colours brown and white. ORION shows its allegiance and support on its website and congratulates the legendary club on this successful season.
