Just in time for the upcoming International Women’s Day, ORION is raising awareness about breast cancer and its early detection with a fundraising campaign for Pink Ribbon.<\/p>\n
Almost all of us have a friend, aunt or colleague who has been diagnosed with breast cancer and most of us know the feeling of wanting to help, but often there is nothing more than words and a sympathetic ear to offer. Breast cancer is the most common cancer in women and affects 99 percent of women. Early detection is the most important step towards a cure. Just in time for International Women’s Day, ORION is helping to draw attention to this issue with the fundraising campaign “Boobs I did it again”: First aid is often self-help, because regular palpation and especially a close look at the breasts can save lives. And it only takes a few minutes.<\/p>\n
Of course, not every pinch is a cause for concern, but safety first, and especially now, when Corona sometimes overshadows everything, one’s own health and precautions should not be forgotten. To show how important it is to pay special attention to your “boobs” from time to time and to give yourself a big helping of self-love, ORION has launched a fundraising campaign:<\/p>\n

This is the second time ORION has been involved with Pink Ribbon, which uses a wide range of campaigns to draw attention to the importance of breast cancer prevention and to encourage women affected by the disease.<\/p>\n
