Flensburg, December 2024 – ORION has another special highlight for the end of the year: the Flensburg-based erotic mail order company is focusing on people’s most secret desires with a humorous image campaign. The campaign is in keeping with the often hectic and materialistic Christmas season. ORION will be making bold statements in Berlin and Hamburg following the motto “Lieb doch, wie Du willst” (“Love your way”) from 2nd–15th December 2024.

A packaging campaign that makes desires & wishes visible 

The ORION campaign has a total of ten different designs that focus on desires & wishes which often fall by the wayside behind supposedly “practical” gifts such as socks or razors. Headlines such as “Santa, I can explain” are a tongue-in-cheek invitation for people to let their imagination run wild and make some more room for their own desires & wishes. 

The various designs can be found in Berlin and Hamburg. They can be found in Berlin’s Kreuzberg, Mitte and Schöneberg districts, and there is also a special highlight in Berlin as well: a 10-metre poster directly opposite the East Side Gallery. They can also be found in Hamburg’s St. Pauli and Schanzenviertel districts – they will be in specifically selected locations near clubs, bars and the Santa Pauli Christmas market. 

Humorous, local and international all at the same time 

The campaign specifically combines English and regional headlines to communicate the message both internationally and locally – the regional headlines use Berlin or Hamburg slang. The slogan “Lieb doch, wie Du willst” (“Love your way”) adds a wonderful finishing touch to each poster and also refers to ORION.de.

This ensures high brand recognition and it contributes to the brand awareness of ORION at the same time as well. 

A fun and cheeky campaign for more openness

“Not only do we want to make people chuckle with our campaign, but we also have a message too: more openness, imagination and that people can have the courage to live out their own desires and wishes – especially at Christmas time”, explains Nadine Rose-Flohr (press spokesperson at ORION). 

ORION is bringing a breath of fresh air to the Christmas season this year with humour and charm, inviting people to celebrate the festival of love in their very own way.
