In our company, ideas for new products are forged and lingerie is designed. The lingerie is of course also optimised and tried on until it fits perfectly. We also advise our customers through a variety of channels.
To ensure that our customers feel comfortable with us, our programmers keep an eye on our online shops every day because we know that it’s not just a good product that makes shopping an experience but also a pleasant user interface, appealing photos and a simple ordering process.

Of course, some of our products also raise questions. These are answered by our teams because our colleagues can just pick up a product from our warehouse and have a look at it if they haven’t already seen it in one of our product training courses. We don’t just want to make life more beautiful for our customers with our products, we also want to simplify it – in as many ways as possible.

Sexuality is an important part of every person’s life. It is not the only thing but it is an important part. In order for it to become what it is, it is important to know yourself and your body. We know that this isn’t always a given and that is why sex education is important to us.
For this mission, we are there for our customers on various channels and pass on all our knowledge. We work with doctors, scientists and sexologists so that we can keep improving as sexperts. We learn from the questions we are asked. We appreciate the trust that is placed in us. We also approach people directly and want to know what moves them. This allows us to publish a sex report year after year with opinions and tips for a fulfilled sexuality. Speaking of tips: it’s not just us who pass on our knowledge to the world now because we also have some influencers who learn from us and pass on the know-how to their followers – for more satisfaction in sexuality and therefore a happier life.

In our opinion, innovative means being open to new things. This is why we have made it our mission to keep an open mind when it comes to new ideas that have come from employees, people outside of the company, students or inventors. Not only does this require time – because that’s how innovations thrive – but also the certainty that setbacks are also part of an innovation process.
It’s not unusual for great innovations to be thought of during a normal conversation over a coffee or a flash of inspiration in the shower. If a colleague hadn’t mentioned their idea for a backdoor in the Advent calendar in the product manager’s office, our customers might never have been able to enjoy this funny product innovation. We also use external ideas to become more innovative ourselves – for example, we work together with the Flensburg University of Applied Sciences (Germany) which helped us to make our online shop more user-friendly with its eye-tracking capabilities.
Passionate about what we do.
What does our customer want? This question is on our minds every day, both in our B2C Online Department and in our Wholesale Department. As there are lots of customer wishes and also lots of good ideas in our heads, we have our own in-house fashion designer and product development department. Not only do they come up with ideas but they also develop models as well.
We create 3D visualisations that are then realised in the 3D printer or in product videos with the help of design programmes. What sounds simple is actually a long process that starts with a single idea. That idea then has quite a long way to go before it is finished. It goes from product development then to production and then to our advertising department and finally, of course, to sales. It then ends up on Wholesale customers’ shelves or in our customers’ bedside cabinet.

For many of us, the working day begins with us opening our laptops. Clocking in on the digital time recorder precedes the morning greeting in our respective teams. In the Logistics Department, hundreds of parcels have been automatically transported from the incoming goods entrance to the collective warehouse for order processing long before anyone is even in the building. The first colleagues are then ready with their scanners.
Digital working determines our everyday working life: project teams work together across departments, digital tools and agile working methods make us more effective and structured. We can also arrange our working hours flexibly as well. Of course, this is not possible in every department because our customers also want to receive their parcels. We still pack them by hand but digital equipment makes our work easier – from the delivery of the goods with the pick-to-light system to the closing of the carton with an automatic carton sealer.

That’s why our Wholesale team has a lot of memories and experiences with many of our Wholesale customers – for example, a “romantic sleigh ride” through the Russian countryside, which a long-standing Wholesale customer invited them on as a thank you for the good partnership. Lots of our Wholesale customers also can’t wait to finally be able to travel to Flensburg again so that they can watch an exciting SG Flensburg-Handewitt derby live in the Flens Arena.

As a family business, we are particularly proud of the awards we have received over the years at trade fairs, from independent testing bodies, trade magazines or even trade associations. They acknowledge what we have achieved as a team over generations with a lot of heart and soul – the quality of our products, the service of our Wholesale Department, the user-friendliness of our online shop or the ideas for new products. And last but not least, our enthusiasm for what we do. However, the awards also spur us on to become even better and to find new ways to optimise things so that they are then quite literally award-winning.
Our pivotal point.
It’s the heart of our company and always marvelled at during factory tours – our logistics. It is the pivotal point for our products. Everything arrives in our warehouses and everything leaves here as well.
We built a partially automated high-rack warehouse a few years ago because we had grown over the years. We now have 14,000 different products permanently in stock and the high-rack warehouse lets us supply our customers as quickly as possible. The incoming goods, which we receive every day, are stored in the 16-metre-high shelves in no time at all. Forklift drivers used to drive through the aisles but now they mainly check the state-of-the-art technology. If necessary, they can even retrieve a jammed box from a lofty height – but only if they have been trained to climb!
When our customers order from us, cartons are transported from the incoming goods warehouse to the collection warehouse – this is where our colleagues collect, assemble, pack and finally dispatch the orders for retail customers and Wholesale customers. Up to 80,000 items leave our warehouses in Flensburg daily.
We ship entire pallets directly from the incoming goods warehouse for Wholesale customers. This saves on travel and time which is good because everyone who orders from us wants to receive their goods as quickly as possible. For this reason, we also take care of the entire logistical fulfilment for some of our Wholesale customers.
